The objectives of this Association shall be:

1. To provide the educational, economic and social welfare of the deaf and hard of hearing hereinafter referred to as the Deaf;
2. To secure for the Deaf of the State of Nevada their full rights as citizens;
3. To monitor and advise legislative committees when and if proposed bills concerning the Deaf are introduced to the state legislature;
4. To work closely with, to monitor and to evaluate service programs for the Deaf;
5. To maintain affiliate membership status with the National Association of the Deaf.
